Earlier this year, I was challenged by DIRECTV to create a professional, multi-media graphic package for 4K HDR, a series of channels that delivers life-like image detail and seamless action sequences.

 

The presentation deck below is used to teach international call center agents about the ins and out of 4K. Additionally, the poster and job aid act as reference materials for agents in their calls with DIRECTV customers.
